Tutor Doctor franchises offer in-home, one-on-one tutoring for students from kindergarten through college. The Ontario-based company was founded in 2000 and began franchising in 2003.
Tutor Doctor needed a landing page for their new marketing campaign. The marketing team wasn't satisfied with their old landing pages — overly colorful branding was distracting users from key elements on the page, and conversion rates were low.
After analyzing Tutor Doctor's website and old landing pages we concluded that their branding felt aimed at children, not parents and tutors. It was too colorful, intense, and distracting.
Our hypothesis was to keep the same brand guidelines but strip out color noise and tighten the copy. We surfaced the company's awards to build trust and kept attention on the conversion elements.

DNSFilter had underperforming Unbounce landing pages. Their marketing team wanted to align these with their brand's design guidelines to increase conversions and improve customer loyalty.
After diagnosing the problems, we took the content out of DNSFilter's old landing pages and redesigned everything following their brand guidelines — cleaner hierarchy, on-brand typography, and a tightened conversion path.
The result spoke for itself: the new landing page raised the conversion rate from 2.36% to 23.44% — a more than 10× improvement.

Traffic came from YouTube ads — users arrived already engaged from watching Jeff Clark's trading strategy video. We needed a landing page that let them take action as fast as possible, with minimal friction.
We designed a short, focused page that removed every distraction and pushed toward a single conversion action. The initial variant converted at 40.34% — already strong for the niche.
We then split-tested it against the same layout with a different CTA button color. The orange variant converted at 61.23%, blowing our original out of the water. A single color change drove a 52% lift.

USBFactory is a Switzerland-based custom USB manufacturer established in 2008, selling to corporate clients across Europe.
USBFactory had undergone a full brand redesign on their corporate website, but their Unbounce landing pages still used the old look. The marketing team wanted to realign them and test whether a single-field form above the fold would increase conversions.
The old landing page was obviously outdated and misaligned with the refreshed brand. We rebuilt it to match their new design system — cleaner layout, on-brand colours, and a simplified form above the fold.
After testing on both mobile and desktop and sending paid traffic to the new page, conversion rates doubled. Their new landing page runs at a 12% conversion rate.
