USBFactory is a Switzerland-based custom USB manufacturer established in 2008, selling branded USB drives and accessories to corporate clients across Europe. Their business runs primarily on paid traffic to landing pages that capture B2B leads.

USBFactory had undergone a full brand redesign on their corporate website, but their Unbounce landing pages still used the old look. The mismatch eroded trust — prospects who clicked an ad and landed on a page that looked years out of date. The marketing team also wanted to test a simplified, single-field form above the fold to reduce friction at the point of capture.

The old landing page was visibly outdated. I rebuilt it entirely to match their new design system — on-brand colours, updated typography, cleaner layout, and a simplified form moved above the fold with a single field rather than the original multi-field version.

The hypothesis was straightforward: reduce the number of decisions a visitor has to make before converting. Fewer fields, clearer value proposition, visual consistency with the brand they'd seen elsewhere.

After testing on both mobile and desktop with paid traffic to the new page, conversion rates doubled — from 6% to 12%. The same traffic, the same offer, a completely different result.
